INGREDIENTS
3 ½ cups flour3 tablespoon sugar1 large egg yolk1 packet instant yeast½ teaspoon salt1 cup luke warm milk¾ cup luke warm water½ lb butter (for roll and fold)
METHOD
Add suagr to flour,,,,beat egg yolk and add to above....add yeast and salt....make dough with milk and water....leave to rise....make 5 rotis....grate butter and sprinkle maizena (corn flour) in between each roti....dummy fold with maizena (corn flour)....allow to rise in fridge....cut into 4....roll out into rectangle and cut into triangles and put sugar inside....roll like croissants....leave to rise and bake....drizzle icing and dust icing sugar....ENJOY!!!!
