Sumi used the recipe below & made stuffed patha crossaiants using the Arabic dough.
1 pack of ready cut pastry1 roll op patha1 cup chopped tomato1 cup chopped onion1 teaspoon crushed green chillies(adjust to taste) ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1-2 tablespoon amli (tamerine) sauce or chutney (ready bought) 1 tablespoon chilli sauce (any kind or make)
In a pan add add patha slices, tomatoes, onions & green chillies. Add a dash of oil, salt & pepper. Cover & allow to cook for 10-15mins on medium heat until it becomes soft & combined. (stir every so often. Remove from heat and add in your sauces. Taste & adjust salt & sauces. Once cooled fill in your pies.
