INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken pieces
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
2tbl chicken spice
2-3cups rice
2 onions
2 green peppers
1 & ½ tins peeled and chopped tomatoes
4 teaspoon garlic
METHOD
Marinate chicken in spices and fry in a little
oil. Cook rice as usual. Place cooked chicken in
a casserole dish and top with rice. Braise
onion,peppers, tomatoes and garlic in the same
pot as you cooked the chicken. Layer on top of
rice. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
