Bananas 1 tin caramel treat1 × 250 ml fresh cream Meringue (you can use readymade)1 flake chocolate Mint leaves (to garnish)
Beat fresh cream till stiff, add in caramel treat, beat till nicely combined and set aside. Slice bananas and break up meringues. Layer few slices bananas into dessert glasses, top with caramel treat mixture, more bananas and crushed meringue ending off with caramel mixture on top. Garnish with flake and meringues.
