INGREDIENTS
1 packet tennis/digestive/chocolate biscuits crushed
1 ½ tin caramel treat or banoffee flavour caramel treat beaten smooth
250 ml fresh cream whipped
4 bananas sliced
Chopped pecans
Vanilla/caramel/chocolate ice cream
Flake to decorate
METHOD
Place a layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom of individual bowls.
Scatter some chopped nuts over. Then layer sliced bananas, equal amounts of caramel treat and fresh cream over (about 2 heap teaspoon each depending on bowl size.)
Chill. Before serving place a scoop of ice cream over and decorate with Flake and chopped nuts.
