Pan fry 60 slices of polony. Keep aside.I used Naan dough for the roll-up 2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon sugar 1.5 teaspoon yeast.Bind above with warm water, set aside for 10 minutes.Meanwhile mix 6tblsp ketchup with 1 tablespoon hot nali. Or adjust Nali to taste.
Divide dough into 2,Roll our rectangular shapes, around 25cm by 15cm.Brush ketchup mix over both.Lay out 30 pieces of polony over each.Douse generously with cheddar And roll like a Swiss roll. Brush egg over it, sprinkle cheese, sprinkle parsley. Leave in an airtight cupboard. I kept mine to rise for 2 hours in an switched off airtight oven. DO NOT COVER with cling wrap, sticky business.
Preheat over at 160degrees for 10 minutes.Bake roll-up for 20-25 minutes.Serve and enjoy
