1 lamb leg1 teaspoon ginger garlic 11/2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon hyder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 2 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chilllies 1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tab worcester sauce 1 tab tomato sauce 1 tab steers peri peri2 tab tomato puree ghee (Clarified butter) marinate makeghee (Clarified butter) hot wit whole red and green chillliesadd marinated leg and cook for 2-3 hrs serve with roast potatoes
