½ kilo chicken fillet cut into strips1 teaspoon Garlic1 teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon ground green chili1 teaspoon bbq spice (I used gorimas spice )½ teaspoon gorimas orange pepper ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper salt to taste 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon steers bbq sauce 2 tablespoon steers peri sauce 1 tablespoon plain yogurt oil
sauce :½ cup steers bbq sauce 2 tablespoon nandos wild herb sauce 2 tablespoon steers peri sauce 2 tablespoon soya sauce 1 tablespoon worchester sauce 1 cup water
METHOD
Marinade chicken in all the above , allow to marinade for 1 hour and then cook until almost done.In a bowl mix all the sauces.Add to the chicken and cook on low until most of the water burns out Garnish with dhania (coriander)

I serve with homemade flatbread pita
heated on tawa wit garlic butter
