INGREDIENTS
1-2 Cups 'Fragrant Basmati Rice'Salt to taste3 Cups Boiling Water ¼ teaspoon Tumeric Powder¼ Cup Raisins or Saltanas2x Stick Cinnamon2x Kardamon Pods4-6 teaspoon Sugar
METHOD
On a low heat add the rice to the pot, with all the ingredients, add the liquid lastly. Cook until soft.Strain in a rice colander & rinse well. Then add the sugar & raisins lastly.Heat up & delicious with BBQ Chicken & Gaelic Green Onion Kettle Chips.
