INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb ribs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste ½ teaspoon black pepper
Marinade:3 tablespoon Wellington sweet chilli sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon BBQ 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon golden syrup/honey ¼ cup vinegar ¼ cup Worcester sauce
Mash potatoe:4-5 medium potatoes
½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies (optional) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 finger width stick butter ¼ cup milk
METHOD
1. Put ribs, salt, pepper and ginger garlic in a pressure pot for 10 minutes.
2. Mix all of the ingredients for marinade together and pour over ribs. Place in oven tray grill for 15 minutes.
3. When done I basted with mochachos sticky wings sauce.
4. Boil potatoes in salt water until soft.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients to potatoes and mash.
