INGREDIENTS
2 boneless chicken slice into strips.Salt to tasteGarlic salt.¼ tspoon white pepper.200ml buttermilk.
Coating:180g Plain flour.Salt.1 tbspoon Black Pepper.1tspoon Garlic Salt.1 teaspoon Dried thyme.1 teaspoon Paprika.1 teaspoon Baking Powder.1 teaspoon Chilli flakes.Oil for frying.Sliced Cheese.
METHOD
Place chicken pieces in a bowl add buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic salt mix and marinate for 1 hour or more in fridge.
Mix together the coating ingredients in a bowl. Lift chicken pieces allow excess to drip off. Dredge the chicken pieces in the crispy coating mixture ensuring its fully covered.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Arrange the chicken pieces on buns,place cheese on top grill for couple of minutes until cheese melt. Remove . Top with Mayonnaise Lettuce Sliced Onions Jalapenos and serve.
