INGREDIENTS
3 eggs1 & ½ cups castor sugar1 & ½ cups cake flour3 teaspoon baking powder½ cup oil¾ cup boiling water½ cup cocoa1 teaspoon vanilla essence⅓ cup milk½ teaspoon bicarb
Mix the boiling warter to the cocoa. Stir to dissolve.. Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence and leave asideSift so the dry ingredients and leave aside..
Separate the eggs
Beat the egg whites till stiffAdd the castor a little at a time and beat till alls used up..Add the yolks and beat well.Add the liquid and the flour mixture simultaneously mixing by hand to just must everything then pour onto cup cake pans..Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes..
Decorate with whipped cream.Chocolate ganacheAnd some flake or top deck twirls choc..
METHOD
I used Monowara’s ganache
1 cup fresh cream 2 tablespoons castor sugar Melted Nutella Beat cream and sugar together fold in Nutella Delicious Devine
