Steam 4-5 potatoes cut in slices for about 5 minutes
Batter: 1 cup Chana flour Half cup cake flour 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) Half teaspoon baking powder Salt & chillies to taste Chopped coriander
Make batter with water Dip potatoe slices and fry on medium heat till golden Serve with chutneys
