My diiferent style
No Egg No Chana Flour1 cup semi solid ghee (Clarified butter)¾ cup castor sugarBeat well together till light and fluffyAdd½ teaspoon Bicarb½ teaspoon Baking powderBeat Add2 Level tablespoon Semolina (soji (semolina)) or Taystee wheatMix Gradually add in1 full teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)1 teaspoon nutmegBeat mix Now little by little add +- 2 cups flour (you might need more flour) Mix into a soft doughMake your ping ball size that you preferPlace on greased oven tray keep space between the biscuits as they spread Stick Almonds in each Bake for +-25 minutes or until done at 180*Leave it whitish When cool remove and store in an air right tupperwareEnjoy
