INGREDIENTS
6 cups flour1 packet instant yeast1 teaspoon salt3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon sauf
rub in1 and ½ cup milk1 and ½ cup warm water4 tablespoon sugar2 eggs beat
METHOD
make a dough knead well I add milk mixture slowly making a soft dough I am always left with a little mixture...allow to rise double size. Shape, allow to rise again. preheated oven 200 degrees.Egg wash the naan sprinkle poppy seeds and bake till done
