Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem 250g butter1 & ½ cups castor sugar Beat till white Add in 3 cups sifted cake flour, 1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powder and 3 teaspoons baking powder. Beat adding in 1 & ½ cups milk. Then add in 5 eggs 1 at a time. Beat till smooth. Bake at 180 for +-60 minutes. ( I used 2 loaf pans) Cool.Top with burfee glace icing. Sprinkle coloured almonds.
