2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon crushed dhana½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)Pinch of crushed red chillies2 tablespoon chopped fresh dhania (coriander) 2 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) ½ cup yogurt ½ cup milk
1. Sift the dry ingredients together. 2. Add the ghee (Clarified butter) and form breadcrumbs. 3. Mix the milk and yoghurt together and microwave for 30 seconds. 4. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and form into a smooth dough. 5. Allow to stand for 15 minutes .6. Divide into 5 balls. 7. Roll out a bit thick and cut into triangles. 5. Fry one at a time in hot oil, using a small deep pot.
