1 Tray Chicken Kebabs 3 tomatoes, chopped into cubes2 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon tomato paste 1 onion , chopped fine2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1 taj (cinnamon stick) 2 teaspoon mustard seeds Spices (3 teaspoon chilli powder, half teaspoon Tumeric, 3 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder) 4-5 Curry leaves handful of dhania (coriander) 1 or 2 potatoes , quartered salt to taste
In a pot add ghee (Clarified butter)/oil & allow to heat.
1) Add in Jeeru (Cumin),taj & mustard seeds2) Add in chopped onions and allow to braise until transparent. 3) Liquidize tomatoes & tomato paste with garlic in a quarter glass of water 4) Add in tomato & garlic mix to the onions. 5) Add spices.6) Roughly chop curry leaves & dhania (coriander) and add to chutney.7) Add salt to taste8) Fry potatoes until halfway cooked. (must not be completely soft) 9) Lastly add in Kebabs and potatoes to the chutney and a little bit of water for it to cook.
INFO & TIPS
If you prefer chutney to be thick , wait for the water to cook out.
If you prefer the chutney slightly thinner, add water until desired consistency.
