INGREDIENTS
2 cups soft ghee (Clarified butter)(purified butter)
¾ cup caster sugar
2 tablespoon tastee wheat or simolina
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
METHOD
cream ghee (Clarified butter) & caster sugar well.mix in
all the rest
of the ingredients,lastly add flour as
needed.must
be a biscuit dough textured.bake for 15
until done.
