INGREDIENTS

About 24 strawberries 2 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoon incing sugar Heavy fresh creamVanilla essence ½ teaspoon

METHOD

Wash and cube strawberries and add sugar. Leave for about 1 hour so it will become syrupy
Whip 1 cup heavy cream for a minute then add vanilla essence and icing sugar. Whip until soft peaks.Layer in desserts bowls and set in the fridge
