5-6 Medium potatoesSalt to tasteBlack pepper½-¾ cup mayonnaise1 250ml fresh cream¼ cup garlic sauce any brandSaltBlack pepperGround green chillies to taste+-¼ cup milk (if needed)
Peel and boil potatoes with saltMash potatoes. Make in balls and leave in the fridge to firm up +-15-20 minutes.Make a sauce by mixing the mayo, fresh cream, garlic sauce,salt,pepper, green chillies. (Add milk to to thick)Dip the balls into the sauce.Arrange balls in a trayPour remaining sauce over the potato ballsDecorate as desired.(I used spring onions, pomegranate and mint)
