Marinate wings for a few hours Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot and add the chicken Cook completely Remove from heat and allow to cool completely Place wings into fridge for 2 hours as this allows for the breadcrumbs to stick well when frying.
Mix together self raising flour with mochachos hot spice and kfc zinger spiceAnd separately 3 eggs with a tablespoon of milk
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture Dip the floured chicken into egg and lastly coat in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry wings in hot oil
Glaze 1 cup water Ginger slices 3 tablespoon soy sauce ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white vinegar 4 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon chillie flakes 2 tablespoon sweet chillie sauce Boil together to form a syrup Pour over hot wings
