INGREDIENTS
1 kg wingsSalt to taste1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons crushed red chilliesDash lemon juice2 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons steers peri peri sauce4 tablespoons Crystal's hot sauce3 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon crushed red chillies 2 tablespoons chicken tikka masala2 tablespoons soy sauce
METHOD
Marinate wings with the first 7 ingredients.Grill wings on both sides till lightly crisp.In a pot, lightly simmer the butter, steers sauce, crystal's sauce, honey, red chillies, tikka masala and soy sauce.Add in the grilled wings.Allow to simmer a further 10 minutes.Place wings in a casserole and garnish with sesame seeds.
