INGREDIENTS
1 chicken Salt to taste ¼ cup yogurt ¼ cup sour milk 1 handful crushed fine onions 1 teaspoon mother in laws masala 2 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 ½ heap teaspoon chillie powder 1 squeezed lemon 2 grated tomatoes 2 whole green chilies ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 2 cinnamon sticks 3 whole Elachi (cardomom) ½ star seed A few curry leaves A little chopped Dhaniya
METHOD
Marinate chicken for a few hours Boil 2 cups rice Cut and fry 3 potatoes Add ghee (Clarified butter) to a flat pot First add the chicken then the potatoes and lastly add the rice Add a blob of ghee (Clarified butter) to the top of the rice and some fried onions Steam on high for 4 minutes then lower and cook till done
