1 kg mutton 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic 2 tablespoon salt 1 ½ tablespoon chilli powder 3 tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin) ½ tablespoon aradh 5 tablespoon lemon juice ½ cup sour milk 6 tomatoes (liquidised) 2 onions Pinch of saffron 3 cloves , 5 Elachi (cardomom) pods, ½ teaspoon whole peppercorns, 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) and 5 sticks Taj Mix altogether and marinate the meat. Boil 3 cups rice with 4Tbs salt ¼ teaspoon aradh 5 potatoes cut in half and fry on low with a few drops of egg yellow. Put marinated meat up in pot with some oil and ghee (Clarified butter). When meat is soft add in 2 cups frozen mix veg. Then add in your rice and potatoes mix carefully and put to steam.
