2 cups flour100 g soft butter or margarine1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon green chilli pasteLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little oregano1 teaspoon sugar3 teaspoon baking piwderLittle chopped dhania (coriander)Mix all above together in a dishThen¾ cup Maas or yoghurt1 egg beat togetherMake a sticky dough by adding milk It must be sticky Then Grease your patty panTake 2 tablespoon lumpsFlatten in patty pansThen I added a little tomato chutney that I made for my pizzaA drop of prego or home made chutneyPut fried mushrooms robot peppersAnd polony and Vienna Topped with any white and yellow cheeseBaked at 180 *-+20 minutes You get +-15 so you can put less dough in patty pan to get like 18 Enjoy
