INGREDIENTS

3 quarter cup c.sugar
4-5 eggs
4-5 tablespoon fresh orange juice
2 teaspoon.orange essence
1 and half cups flour
2 teaspoon.full b.powder
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar till creamy.Add eggs
one at a time,beating well.Add rest of
ingred and beat well.Spoon over pastry,dec
with strip of pastry.Bake 180 for 25-30mins.
