250ml sugar 1 litre water grated rind of 1 large lemon 250ml lemon juice 250ml cranberry juice
Combine the sugar, water and lemon rind in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill well. Serve diluted to taste with still or sparkling water and lots of ice.
