INGREDIENTS

1 litre milk1 heaped teaspoon china grass powder 1 ¼ teaspoon elaichi powder Few drops pink coloring 1 big tin nestle cream 1 big tin condensed milk

METHOD

Add milk into a boiler or pot and whisk on meduim heat till it comes up to a boil. Add in elaichi powder, china grass powder and pink coloring. Now add in big tin nestle cream, condensed and whisk. Set in dessert bowls and refrigerate till set.
Sprinkle with elaichi powder and serve.
