INGREDIENTS
Badaam / Eid Milk

Ingredients: 1 liter full cream milk½ - 1 tin condensed milk250ml fresh cream100g milk masala mix¼ cup Klim powderSliced badaam (garnish)
METHOD
1. Heat milk, add masala mix and Klim and allow to heat through. 2. Add condensed milk to taste and then add fresh cream. 3. Bring to boil. And serve hot or cold with sliced badaam.
Note: the masala mix has badaam powder, saffron, elachie powder and vermicelli
