With little Yeast and using Buttermilk
2 cups flour125g soft butter or margarineRub togetherAdd1 teaspoon salt2 heaped teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon yeast1 teaspoon sugarAdd Handfull of chopped green dhania (coriander)Can add little chilli paste if you prefer hot Mix wellBeat 1 egg to ¾ cup Buttermilk togetherBeat wellMake a soft dough using the above Leave dough for 10 minutes Roll out circles for scones or use doughnut cutter Egg brush and Sprinkle sesame or poppy seedsBake at 180* for 15.-20 minutesOr till done Cut side way to get 2 halvesFill with saucy meat filling or any filling of choice Enjoy
