Chana dal shook overnights 2 cupGreen chili whole 8Garlic cloves 7Salt to testGreen dhaniya ½ cupOil for fryingPinch baking soda
METHOD
Add chana dal , green chili, garlic into a mixer . And grind till it becomes a paste (not completely , let there be some tiny lumps ). After it becomes a paste , add green dhaniya , salt and a pinch of baking soda . And mix all this together and make balls and deep fry. Simple .
