Melt 500g butter
Mix 500g sifted Chana flour with ⅓ cup milk2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).Make into breadcrumbs Add to butterCook on low till it turns caramel in colour about 45 to 50 minutes. Stirring to prevent scorching. I used my AMC pot alhamdulillah it didn't catch at the bottom
Take off heat. Cool overnight
Add to stand mixer Beat till creamy.Add in 250g klim500g sifted icing sugar 1 teaspoon elachie powder1 teaspoon nutmeg powder1 cup chopped badam (almond)Add rest of ingredients 2 mixer.Beat till soft and fluffy.Shape as desired. Decorate
