1 cup Baby marrow grated1 small onion grated1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 eggSalt to tasteHalderGreen chilli paste to taste¼ cup chopped fresh dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder½ teaspoon garlic pasteWater to make batter
Mix all the ingredients and make a thick batter.Drizzle a little oil on a non stick pan. Heat should be medium high.Place 2 heaped tablespoon of mixture onto the non stick pan to make one crumpet. Make a few crumpets on the pan at one go according to your pan size. Once you see bubbles forming as shown in the pic (swipe), drizzle few drops of oil on the crumpet and then turn over. Allow to cook till puffed up and fluffy.Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
