Mosaic Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of Pudding2 boxes of Ulker Crackers

METHOD

1. Spread a thin layer of pudding onto a pan, while still hot. (the pudding not the pan!)2. Add the tea crackers on top of the layer of pudding.3. Repeat until almost to the top of the pan.4. Put the pan in the freezer for roughly an hour to cool.5. Add any additional toppings (ex. coconut, nuts, etc.)6. Enjoy!!

INFO & TIPS

Bake the pudding before you put onto the cake and do not put the cake in the oven, please. Thank you! You can find these ingredients at a Turkish store near you!
