INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Cook on high with ghee (Clarified butter) till water burns about 10 minutes in a separate pot.Melt garlic butter add 1 cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon tomato puree 2 tablespoon nandos medium peri peri 2 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli Boil transfer chicken in a grilling pan pour sauce over chicken add fried potato wedges julienne red and green peppers sliced onions slit red and green chillies and chopped dhania (coriander) Grill in oven for 15/20 minutes
