Tashas Coconut Cake With Syrup

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, teaspoon vanilla essence , 1 cup dedicated coconut powder, 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder
syrup ½cup sugar and water each.

METHOD

🥥 3 eggs, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, teaspoon vanilla essence - blend till combined
🥥 stir in 1 cup dedicated coconut powder, 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder
Bake at 180° for 45 minutes
🥥 Allow cake to cool down completely and chill in fridge if need be.
🥥 make a syrup with ½cup of sugar and water each. Boil without stirring for 5-10mins, and pour over cold cake whilst still hot!
🥥And leave cake aside to cool completely and soak up the syrup!
