Mint cheesecake

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

¾ packet Marie biscuit. 10 aero mint balls & 10 digestive biscuits blitz in processor.

125g melted butter butter

250ml smooth cream cheese

1 & ½ cup icing sugar

1 teaspoon mint essence

2 cups whipped cream colored with gel colouring

Mint green gel colouring

Combine biscuit crumbs and butter and mix well. Press evenly in cheesecake pan.
Refrigerate till firm.



Beat cheese, icing sugar & mint essence until smooth. Fold in cream. Pour filling over Base. Refrigerate till firm. Decor as desired.
