INGREDIENTS
300g Steak MinceOnion, chopped¼ Green Pepper, chopped1 x Garlic clove1 Level teaspoon Lemon Garlic Bbq½ teaspoon Paprika½ teaspoon Tumeric¼ teaspoon Jiera Powder1 Egg3 Slices Bread, soaked in water2 Boiled Eggs, cookedOil for frying
METHOD
In a bowl add the mince, spices, onion, pepper chopped. Then add the bread & egg lastly. Add the cooked egg in the Kebabs & then fry in the hot oil.Serve with Lemon Artchar & Corn on the Cobb🌽🌽🌽
