2 chicken fillet 1 teaspoon All Spice1 teaspoon ground cloves1 teaspoon cumin½ teaspoon cardamom½ teaspoon cinnamon½ teaspoon oregano1 tablespoon coriander powder1 tablespoon Paprika1 teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon Garlic powderSalt2 tablespoon Olive oil Pinch of turmericSqueeze of one lemon
Slice chicken across into 3 pieces.Marinate chicken in the above spices for 1 hour or preferably overnight𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴Place marinated chicken under the grill. Cook on both sides turning them over every few minutes. When done remove cool slightly, cut into thin slice. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive in pan, put sliced chicken in pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until chicken turn slightly brown and crisps. Layer salad chips tahini chicken and sauce on naan or serve as wrap.
