Mix butter, egg, ¼ cup oil, vinegar by hands. Add sugar, salt. Mix then add 1 cup flour mix well. Add rest of oil and flour knead to a soft dough. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.Roll rectangular shape. Cut into finger shape brush with egg and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
