INGREDIENTS
All ingredients must be at room temperature.Preheat Oven 180°
125g butter¼ + ¼ cup oil1 egg2 tablespoon vinegar1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 + 1 ½ - 3 cups flour
Egg yolk (beaten)Roasted Sesame seeds
METHOD
Mix butter, egg, ¼ cup oil, vinegar by hands. Add sugar, salt. Mix then add 1 cup flour mix well. Add rest of oil and flour knead to a soft dough. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.Roll rectangular shape. Cut into finger shape brush with egg and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
