INGREDIENTS
350g prawns with shell2 tablespoon sujee's marinade ( fish and prawn)1 teaspoon mayo1 clove garlic1 cup fresh creamghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Marinate prawns with sujee fish and prawn marinade and garlic - set aside for an hour
Melt ghee (Clarified butter)Add prawns and cook till shell turns goldenAdd fresh cream and allow to simmer
INFO & TIPS
Add more sujee's marinade if you want the prawns to be stronger.
