firstly, take 3 large bread slices and spread green chutney to one bread slice. Ans for the other 2 bread slices spread butter.then place 4 slices of boiled potatoes over green chutney bread slice.followed by, sprinkle generous amount of bombay sandwich masala.furthermore, place tomato slicesalso place cucumber slices.then cover it with butter bread slice facing butter side downwards.after that, spread green chutney over the bread slice.furthermore, place beetroot slices.followed by onion slices.then again sprinkle generous amount of bombay sandwich masala.after that, grate generous amount of cheese over it.cover with the final butter slice facing the butter side downwards.then grill in sandwich maker till they turn golden brown and cheese starts to melt.furthermore, cut to 2 pieces.finally, serve bombay grilled sandwich with masala chai.
