Apple Pie Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Cut bread into cubes and place in a pyrex.
In a bowl mix well with a hand whisker: - 4 eggs- 1 cup milk- Vanilla- cinnamon powder- 3 tablespoon golden or marple syrupplace the mixture over the bread cubes, mix carefully. Add 1 apple cut into thin slices. Finally add chopped nuts, cinnamon powder, golden or marple syrup.Bake 360c for 10-15 minutes.

METHOD

Meanwhile make the caramel sauce:Mix on low heat until it boils: - 3 tablespoons butter- 1 cup brown sugar - 1 cup fresh creamAdd on top of the apple pie bread pudding and enjoy!
