Peel Banana's, slice them into chunks and freeze until you're ready to use them. The trick is to have them frozen.When you're ready to make it.. Simply blend the frozen Banana's, Almond milk and syrup until you get a velvet smooth texture. You can add any other ingredients or toppings that suit you. It makes for a great healthy, guilt-free breakfast/Snack. Enjoy ๐
