INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoon saigo4 tablespoon waterSoak for 15 minutes 1l milk 1 teaspoon falooda powder2 teaspoon custard powder mix in 1 tablespoon water
1 Small can nestle cream1 Big can condensed milk
METHOD
1. Heat the milk on medium heat with falooda powder, custard powder and saigo seeds2. Stir continuously and bring to boil untill it thickens 3. Remove from heat and add cream and condensed milk (wisk well)4. Pour in serving bowls and chill5. Decorate with grated mint crisp chocolate and mint leaves . HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING
