INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas drained and dabbed dry with a roller paper2 tablespoon oil ¼ cup maziena (cornflour)Coat with cornflour and fry in a little oil untill crunchy Don’t overcook!!!!
¼ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder2 teaspoon crushed garlic Salt to taste2 teaspoon oil 1 inch ginger finely chopped 2 green chilli chopped seeds removedor use grinded green chillies to tasteA few small shallots sliced (or chopped spring onions)1 medium sized capsicum sliced (green pepper)1 medium sized red onion sliced2 medium tomatoes grated1 teaspoon chilli sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce1 tablespoon white vinegar¼ teaspoon grinded black pepper2 tablespoon light soy sauce
METHOD
Heat oil and saute garlic, ginger a little to get rid of the raw smell,now add sliced onion and sliced shallots saute for a minute.Add grated tomatoes and cook untill water evaporates,add sliced capsicums.Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce, black pepper, sweet chili sauce and salt. Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens .Add in fried chana and mix well.Sprinkle chopped fresh dhania (coriander) (coriander)over.
