INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet cut into bite size portions 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons green chilli paste 1 tablespoons lemon juice ¼ cup nestle cream ¼ cup yogurt 2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon crushed dana1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon bbq spice 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon fresh dhania (coriander) chopped finely 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped finely
ToppingOnion ringsI melted butter with chopped fresh dhania (coriander) to brush over the skewers
METHOD
1. Marinate the chicken in all the spices for a few hours.2. Tread on skewers and lay on an oven tray lined with foil 3. Place onion rings over and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes.4. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter and grill for a few minutes. 5. Serve with naan roti and salad.I made a tzakziki which complimented the skewers so well.Will post the recipe in my next post😘
