INGREDIENTS
650g strong bread flour7g sachet yeast2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon olive oil50ml warm milk350ml warm water
METHOD
Sift the flour and salt together and set it aside.
Mix the warm milk with the warm water and dissolve the yeast. Mix it well till there are no lumps.
Slowly add the water mix into the flour and knead for around 5 minutes if you're using a Kitchen Aid, or if by hand, knead until the dough comes together.
Spread a little olive oil all over a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover it in cling film and let it prove for at least a couple of hours (the dough should double in size).
