INGREDIENTS
Mix thoroughly:1 cup milk4 level tablespoon mayonnaise
Add:2 cups flour2 heaped teaspoon baking powderPinch of saltCup of grated cheese
METHOD
Mix and put in buttered muffin pans. Sprinkle poppy seeds if like. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter when it comes out of oven.
INFO & TIPS
(1) You can add more cheese or omit it.
(2) Can add spring onion, if you like.
(3) Can add leftover shredded chicken, polony, tuna - basically whatever you like.
